Prayer

All of us need prayer. Whatever the need is, we can take it to God in prayer. Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV) says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Macedonia Baptist Church believes there is power in prayer. Why? Because James 5:16 (NIV) tells us, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
